Upper ball joint
Axial: .032", Radial: Zero.
Lower ball joint
Axial: .008", Radial: Zero.
Axial would be up & down; Radial is in & out.
To check the lower ball joint on that vehicle you need to jack it up near the lower ball joint.
To check the upper you can jack it up anywhere.
I would change it if it had any free play at all.
