Think I will try some of that FrogLube CLP next go around since I will use it for lubrication and for corrosion prevention.

I tried to use Eezox over 10 years ago, and the smell of that stuff makes me sick.

I don't care for Eezox either but credit where it's due, it is an excellent rust preventer and decent all around CLP.

CorrosionX is my favorite general purpose CLP and rust preventer.

CAIG "MechanicAll" works pretty good on firearms.

I would like Fluid Film more if it didn't smell like sheep dip.

I tried Eezox and I could not stand it. It has a terrible smell that gave me a headache. I heard that it contains a chemical that could be a carcinogen. No thanks. Products like CorrosionX or Breakfree in testing provide good enough corrosion protection. Even ordinary gun oil would maybe would be enough in some arid climates if a person cleaned and lubricated their guns often enough. And according to what I have heard the NRA uses some wax to protect guns that will be stored a long time. I think it is called Renaissance wax.

I consider myself more important than any gun. And some guns do not corrode all that readily anyway. Like a stainless steel gun or a gun that has a special coating such as the S&W M&P semi-autos. I will not use anything that might be dangerous to me.

For most people CorrosionX or Breakfree would be good enough.

Not according to the MSDS.

I gave up MMO for that reason though. It contains p-dichlorobenzene, a known carcinogen.

I use Gunzilla now.

I have really sweaty hands and use shooting gloves. So I'm not worried about getting a rash from any lube on my PX4. I use Beretta gun oil. Ballistol, although supposedly even food grade, makes me wheeze and cough. That's why I don't use it on stuff I keep indoors.

I'm not impressed by you BRZED.

I followed you in the hope of learning something. I learnt Gunzilla is awesome on your cap gun.

Benny, should you ever happen to be near the Four Corners, hard to find for a city slicker, send smoke signals and we can have a proper powwow. I take it you like firewater? Bring your cap gun and I'll bring my water pistol.

4 Corners Buzzy?

Howz about 5 Points? Hard to find for a country bumpkin. Text me when you're near.

Ah, simpler times for simpler people. Great movie, though! Benny and Buzzy painting the town. I like it.
