2007 Yukon code P0121...

The yukon has started throwing this code, code comes on a few days then will go off a few days, i have researched the code and it comes to throttle position sensor, what is the fix to this code ?

A new throttle position sensor.
It could be the wiring going to it, but probably the sensor.

Quite common on "First year" 2007 fullsize Trucks & SUV's.

Clean throttle body bore, Most likely this will cause a high idle situation, That sometimes will not go away (The ECM will not relearn a new closed throttle position parameter)

Using a Tech 2 (other scan tools may work, I am not sure)
Lie to the scan tool by selecting a 2008 Tahoe, Select "special functions", Then select "Idle Relearn".....This is around 85% effective. The other 15% need new throttle bodies & the latest software update flashed into the ECM.
