Should I enable Windows 10 Smartscreen

I do a-lot of InPrivate web-surfing everyday, usually forums like this one, or Major League Baseball messageboards, or gun forums on the web..... nothing X-rated. I do not open attachments from email senders, family friends or foes. I am not active at places like Linkden, Facebook or Twitter.

Anyways, I keep getting these Desktop pop-up Notifications to enable Smartscreen. I like Privacy, but I also like someone guarding over me too. That is why I'm torn on which direction to take with Smartscreen.

Yes use it because it has phishing protection, application reputation, and anti-malware protection. SmartScreen phishing protection is better than a lot of antivirus and security suites phishing protection.
