I got so caught up.. I forgot to share that I now have a tool box.

Should I "Rhino Line" it ?

Pics...

Anything I can do so it won't get all "scratched up?"

I have one almost exactly like it that I bought at K-Mart in 1976. You mean it's still possible to buy an all-metal tool box???

If you rhino it, it will be heavy and not slide easily if you coat the bottom. Pros and cons both ways. It you want a cool look you could do a hammered finish spray paint too.

IMO...use something to protect against rust and corrosion.

This was a "trade," I traded with a guy that mentioned he had one. Traded an older but very nice phone, same way this one is still new.

Now, before I go using it as it looks like it will get INSTANTLY scratched up, I am interested in if I can "protect" it somehow.

I do agree that a spray-on Rhino lining will make it hard to get tools from the bottom..

I have some Corrosion-X HD left, but I find it difficult to apply evenly.. Would that help, though?

And WD40 is a good tool cleaner, yes?

Yes I use WD-40 and blue shop towels to clean my tools when I'm done.
