What value of Coefficient of Friction (COF) defines Super Lubricity?

Isn't superlubricity a frictionless tribological state sometimes occurring at nanoscale level?

I thought a registry index was used instead of a coefficient of friction number.
 
Super Lubricity has recently been proven at the macroscale level with nickel on DLC.

So a COF can be defined for the macroscale.

lubricatosaurus and skyactiv offered values closest to the Super Lubricity value, but no joy.

Super Lubricity or superlubricity is defined as to when two surfaces in contact show a resulting COF of < 0.005.

It is nice to see how the old an forgotten ¨mechanical watch¨ technology appears now in much bigger size, like car engine.
The language development is also interesting. 150...200years ago the Swiss watch makers used superlative words ¨super very high ultra¨ sparingly.
