CF-4 hdeo in air cooled bike

I am able to get those 4 gallons hdeo for a reasonable price. How is api cf-4 20w-50 oil suited for a single cylinder air cooled engine? 20w-50 is the correct spec for my bike.

being cf-4, does it have a minimum zinc amount?

ZDDP limits won't be an issue in a CF4 oil. All the way up to CI4+ the oils were still pretty loaded.

Make sure it carries the appropriate gas rating too, i.e.: API SF/SG/etc

it does not have a API SX rating. just a Cf-4 for turbo diesel.

I've never seen a 20w-50 hdeo.

However I've got a modified Harley with a bike bore kit blah blah blah and I'm using rotella 15w-40 in mine.
Been great thus far.

sounds like some really bad foreign oil.

cf-4 is obsolete and no gas rating is bad.
