Purge valve

My OM states to check that the purge valve works properly, if equipped.

Is this the schrader valve somewhere by the fuel rail that can give pressure readings or hook up a wet nitrous fogger nozzle to?

Wait what? Are you asking about an EVAP purge valve? If so those are normally command tested through a scan tool just like you would a power balance test or a relative compression test.
