Helm Inc makes all the factory service manuals for the dealers. Right now they don't have a print version for your Ranger, but for $10.95 you can't rent their service manual online for 72 hours. You're only limited by the amount of printer ink and printer paper you have.

Over the years I have had good luck with these guys, they seem to run sales, the last one I bought was a used set of factory manuals for a 2001 ford focus.
