This VW stuff is a windfall for the EPA. They will get to expand their budget and staff and best of all they will get to make more rules. No one will ever question why they did not discover the problem on their own. The information spin is in the works. Their job is not to protect us. Their job is to promote the political ambitions of those that would profit from bigger government and more central control and to selectively punish those that would oppose them.
