I would also try Maxlife HM but no guarantees that will stop it.

Since I moved to my new duty station I switched out the Pennzoil Platinujm 0W-20 that was in the car to Valvoline Full Synthetic W/Maxlife 0W-20 this past December to try out. I can report that I've burned 0.5 qt. in 1400 miles with Valvoline. I'm going to send off a UOA later on but I'm deploying again so the car is going to sit for several months with limited start up and driving from the wife while I'm away. Hopefully this oil will help out. It's the newer Dexos 1 Gen 2 version if that makes any difference in a non forced introduction vehicle.
