Well I'll keep this simple. Replacing my under-performing and now burnt out PIAA 1700X foglights with Hella FF75 fogs on my '96 Mustang. I am pretty determined to keep the factory location, but these require either top or bottom mounting so I cannot use the factory bracket in any way (like I did with the PIAA which I could rotate the piaa bracket rearward). Figure I need to browse the hardware store for some type of angle iron or flat stock, and in stainless or something.
Not quite sure what to do, but I am thinking about running something vertically down off the impact bumper and using the OEM bracket speednut. Anyways, has anybody tackled a similar task? Would love to see pics of how your mounts turned out
