I just did a drain and fill of my Acura's powersteering and it reminded me of this thread. Redline High Temp ATF as usual. No leaks or any other problems, the old stuff looked good. It's been around 4 years now and almost 50,000 miles and any seal compatibility issues would have shown up by now.
I'll never fall for Honda's propaganda regarding their fluids. I used straight Type F in the trans for years and still use it but with a little DexIII. 142,000 and going strong including track days. 122,000 of that on a non approved transmission and powersteering fluid and a 30 or 40wt engine oil. I'm not recommending this, do it at your own risk.
