Being that you are not getting the motor up to full operating temp than I would go with Pennzoil Yellow bottle 5w30 and change it every 3750 miles along with a Fram tough or Ultra. And change the filter with a Fram orange can every 3750 as well. Obviously if this car is under warranty this would keep them world champions at Nissan happy
