I have an 06 Tacoma as well. Toyota says that the ATF should be changed out at 60,000 miles if towing. If not, the fluid is supposed to be good for the life of the transmission. Your transmission calls for Toyota WS ATF. You can get it at your dealer. If you use another fluid, make sure it says that it is reccomended for Toyota WS applications.
