SF was used through 1988, no chance it was 1960s...

That oil would be fine for a summer run of around 3K mi, or use it as a flush on a dirty engine... Still if a museum were offering money I'd probably let them have it...

In spite of what the chart indicates, there was no such classification as SA, SB & SC until late 1960s, prior there were ML, MM & MS that were more or less equal to SA, SB & SC... Many engines of the mid 50s were listed as being OK to use MM(SB) oils(PQIA po po SB after 1951, fact is, most 1952 engines were no different than 1951)...

If it is in round cans, it is a collectors item that you could get decent $$$ for it.

Please don't 'discard' something someone would love as a collectible...
