Moly or other EP spray

Will be heading out on the road for a 700 mile trip home in the morning and tonight my ball joints started squeaking. Still tight with no slop play or wander but I DO NOT want to have an issue nor can I postpone my return. Spray white lithium did nothing. I have had good results with cyclo chain and cable lube in the past but no idea where to find it out here. Any ideas for similar products easily found at Wal-Mart or other big retailers?

Walmart should have chain lube, which penetrates quite well.

Ended up with a can of liquid wrench chain and cable lube. Not as effective as the cyclo product, plus I already have a ton at home... Oh well, as long as it works.
