Hi Guys,
My vehicle is the Ford (AUS) Falcon BF MkII sedan with the inline 6cyl (petrol). I tend to use good quality oils (5w 30 'synthetics') from name brand company's for the full 15,000km service interval as written in my book (car is now at 135,000km with no issues). I guess my question is this. The latest spec for my Ford is wss-m2c9-46-A, its not all that common to find an oil that actually meets this particular spec on the shelves, so if I wanted to try something different ('cos I'm such a wildman like that lol) what ACEA specs or other car makers approval should i look for to ensure I'm using a good substitute to the Ford approved oil?
