Castrol Edge Synt, 0w40, 4.5k mi, Sub Impreza 2.5

- 4,500 miles & 3-months on Castrol Edge Syntec 0w-40 (Belgium)
- Subaru OEM oil filter
- Spirited Driving, lots of stop & go, 1 trip w/load
- Car is always parked outdoors
- Car is suffering from minor external Head-Gasket leak
- Engine is fully stock/factory
- Intake filter was changed on this oil
- no top-up oil used

It all seems fine, pickler. Your silicon is under control, the viscosity is healthy with no apparent contamination from fuel or coolant.

It's a good, clean first report.
