I remember seeing a study that said the failure rate of these
supposed "rehab" clinics is over 95%....

I say keep those funds for the innocent victims of these drug users and addicts.

That would be too reasonable for the political elites and interest groups benefiting from the War on Drugs.

We'd actually be better off if it was legalized...at least its sale would be controlled...

Could not be more accurate.
That is why a number of countries have the death penalty for just these types of human cancers.
