2006 Jeep Wrangler 6 Speed Manual Tranny

No owners manual with (new to me) 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 6 speed manual tranny - I presume there is oil and not ATF in the manual transmission - what brand / weight is recommended ? What would be the approx. OCI in miles for servicing a manual tranny of this type ? Thanks in advance !!
