T45 fluid on a budget

If you were going to replace the transmission fluid in a high mileage but well functioning T45 5 speed manual (Ford, Mustang) what would you use? Consider this is going to be a commuter vehicle and not a pampered hotrod. I think last time it was done was about 50-60k ago with either Napa or Valvoline Mercon. Owners manual calls for 6.6 pints (3.3qts) of Mercon and budget is more important than the most amazing performance ever...

Currently thinking Napa Dex/Merc due to pricing, but very much open to options.
 
Store brand mercon in a gallon jug. Supertech Dex-Merc from Wal-Mart. Maintaining the proper fill level is more important than the type of ATF
