I figured it out. I forgot I had a DMF fail and was vibrating the [censored] out of the car.
14k on a 13 year old TDI? Wow.
No the car has 117k miles. 14K OCI.

Ah, gotcha. Still very low miles for a 2002. My 2006 Golf has 260k km on it.
FWIW, my best UOA was after a one year, 30k km (18k mile) OCI on Schaeffer 9000. Yours looks great. The slight blip in lead could have been a particle streak through a bearing, had one of those in an UOA before myself. Went back down to normal after a few OCIs.
