Friend of mine sold his 1999 Sienna that had 250k on it and upgraded to this really nice 2007 Sienna. Looks like this can go longer on oil drains. He did 5k changes on the 99 but I think he can go 10k on this vehicle. The oil filter on this run was an AMSOIL Ea15k 02 since I was out of my regular filter stock at the time. The van see's mixed country and town driving. It is currently on a major vacation trip. They are up in Nova Scotia, which is a nice trek from here in NC.

Code:
This sample looks pretty good! Universal averages show typical wear levels for the 2GR-FE Toyota engine after about 6,500 miles on the oil. You’ve got 5,000 miles on this

sample and wear metals all look pretty darn good! Nothing read high or out of line to

show any obvious problems developing. Sodium was present, but we're guessing this is

additive from a previous oil and not coolant. We'll confirm that next time. The TBN read

3.1, which is fine. The TAN was 6.4. Air and oil filtration look fine and the viscosity

was good. Try up to 7,000 miles next time. No issues here!

That may be the best UOA I've ever seen. Only 3 ppm iron after 9000 miles. Really nice. Amsoil has scored some of the best stuff I've seen. And this isn't even the SS oil, its the cheaper OE oil. Sure Toy engines have low iron ppm's, yet this one is incredibly low.

Man that looks GREAT! I wonder if it's the Amsoil or the Toyota engine that's responsible for this uoa with absolutely zero wear metals?

I think it was only 4,944 miles...not 9,944. Title says 4,944 and Blackstone says to try up to 7k next time.

Nice report but only normal for a toyota.

Still pretty good. Most Toyotas will do 1 ppm iron per 1,000 miles. Beating that is the goal, and it happened here. Amsoil is the real deal, seen it many times.
