Electric Paint Strippers

I'm trying to choose between these two for stripping paint from cedar tongue and groove siding.

Metabo LF724S 3-1/7-Inch Paint Stripper

Porter-Cable 7403 Power Paint Remover


Any opinions?

Smooth cedar tongue and groove siding? I've seen many homeowners wreck cedar decking and siding with sanders. I'd lean toward the Metabo sander, just be verrrrrrry careful using it. A sander which can sand in the direction of the wood grain is best. A rotary disk type sander will wreck the wood in short order.

Metabo makes very good tools, that one seems like it would do a nice job. You might want to add a few extra cutters.
