What do these 2 numbers mean?

CCS,cP max 6600@ (-30c)
MRV, cP max 60,000 (-35C)

These 2 specs are listed on the NAPA Syn 5w20 and would like to know what they mean and if they are within a good range or not.

They are the absolute limits for the J300 5W spec.

It's like Castrol saying that HTHS is >3.5, when 3.5 is the minimum spec, it's not telling you anything.
