After all my research, it appears the 5w20 NAPA Syn I have been using for years is excellent oil. I think I will run it in my new Ram 3.6l. At 3.79 a qt on sale its a good deal.

I agree .... I like NAPA Synthetic oil as well; I have some of it in stash (which I bought at $3.79/quart) that I plan to use during the winter.

Its never let me down since I started using it in 2000.
Valvoline/Napa Syn.
Im trying other oils now just to see whats up.

i got it in my ford, cant wait to do a UOA on it. its got about 6800 miles so far, im gonna try to get it as close to 10k. My fingers are starting to itch though.

I've got a case of it sitting in my garage. I purchased it a year ago with intentions of using it in my van. I've since discovered that my oil consumption is being greatly reduced by the use of a high mileage motor oil. I would also like to use a high mileage motor oil in my second vehicle (1991 Chev. K1500, 87000 miles).

At this point, I'm not sure what to do with the Napa Synthetic. I don't think my local Napa will take it back.
