It seems to me that with the HDMO,
you know what you are getting, you
can find it anywhere and on sale.

I bought a 20L pail of 15W40 Mobil 1300
for $55 Canadian at Cannuck Tire.

That was enough engine oil to do 2X 2013 matrix,
a 2013 5.3 GMC, the 2004 Montana dog's van
and a 8.75 190cc John Deere lawn mower.

I've always wanted to hear from someone who buys one of those pails of oil, and just does a whole bunch of vehicles at once and uses it up, as opposed to it sitting around.

We sell a decent number of those pails at my CT, and I wonder if they are for ever for one 'oil change party'!

Canadian Tire is like a box of chocolates,
you never know what your gonna get.

Better than that is the shock affect when a
member is agonizing over 0W20 or 5W20 in their
Toyota and I come along and put 15W40 in everything.

I should find out the 15W40 oil fill cap part number
from Toyota South Africa and sell them on Flea Bay.

A few years ago I put SAE 50 in everything including
a 2004 C240 MB, just to prove that the world wouldn't
come to an end by doing so.

It's all fun and games until someone looses an eye.

Mobil 1300 comes in two blends as far as I can tell.
This one is likely the 109/14.6/4.1 15W40 flavor.

I don't believe I've EVER seen defy 10w40 in any size at any store that I recall.

It was at Wally's at the very first introduction but disappeared quickly. Also saw it at AAP when first introduced no idea if they still have it though.

Walmart here used to have a TON of it. HEB had it for $1 a quart, but unfortunately by the time I saw that sale, there was like 1 quart left on the shelf.
