Wher would I get an generic oil filter pipe?

Hi, I need an engine oil tube that's used for interconnection between the filter and the oil pump. That tube is a double helicoil, one in each tip. I don't waant to try car dealers for that, because they have for specific car engines and should be expensive!

I have installed such an oil coolant heat exchanger on my Triumph
The exchanger unit came from a VW Golf and i used the pipe that came with it.
The end that screws to the engine was cut off and a threaded section of pipe (of the right size and thread) welded on in it's place.

Good. My objective is to add an spin-on oil filter to the tranny, mine already has the bigger heat exchanger, since is a C5. I'd lik to get something ready, like that one from the mod thread.
