I have a 2005 Jeep Wrangler 4.0. It is going on 10 years old and has 50K miles on it.
I figure it is time to flush and replace the coolant.

Any suggestions on what would be the best coolant to use?

I would go with the Zerex G-05. That is what I am currently running in our Caravan and our Avenger. Should be the same or very close to the same as the Mopar stuff.

The vehicle came from the factory with Chrysler G-05. That is what should go back in. Chrysler sells it along with Zerex. Use distilled water to dilute. Unless you see crud in the system I would just do a drain and fill of radiator now and in the fall. After that do one drain and fill every other year (or so). With the extended life coolant its not that critical that is be drained and filled on any rigid schedule.

G-05 is perfect. Even for a 4.0 old enough to originally have come with an inorganic technology coolant.
