The guy said he ran 8 k miles in the last OCI with 137,400 miles on the unit and done a UOA. The previous UOA (drained according to other thread) was at 5,400 miles OCI when the car had 134,700 But the curious part is that the miles on unit makes 2,700 miles between those UOAs, not 8,000 miles. Confront last UOA and the miles on unit and it didn't add to 8k, just 2,7k. And nodoby got that in 4 pages of discussion!
Is that common with UOA posters?

He's probably pulling multiple samples for one oci one at 5400/134,700 and another at 8000/137,400

Yes, probably he could, even though there is no makeups. It should be 5,400 and 8,100, then all right. To go to 15k+ like that there should be no engine consumption at all.

Idk about that 15k is a long way to go without having to add something

I can go 22k and the oil is still at the top mark.... maybe 2 quarts is diesel in the oil, but that's where the level stays....

at 22k the OLM says it's time to change the oil
