I'd read the label.
However for the purpose of morbid curiosity, if you didn't know what it is used for, why did you buy it?

Wow, gal. bottles for $7? That is a deal, but not so much unless you want to use it . Personally I like it for an upper cyl. lube, but then I only use it for my OPE, and my classic cars. I personally have never used it in oil.

I read the label, I was curious how well it works in motors and if it safe? Also, the experiences of the people here of their usage of it.

I've used it in both oil and Gas. Works fine. I didn't find any miracles by using it, but no harm either. I bought a gallon jug of it when I was in the US. As Clevy mentioned it's overpriced in Canada.

Try it first in a tank of gas to clean the injectors. See if you notice any difference. You can also use it in your motor oil as well.

No need to add it to your oil. Add it to your gas in autos and yard equipment.

It will only dilute the good oil in your crankcase and has no use there in my opinion.

For 7 bucks a gallon, you got a good deal.

A deal on something you don't need, want, or even know what to use it for isnt a deal...

I hate when people say it, but with MMO, the search function of your browser really is your friend. MMO has been around so long that there are a million opinions of it here and elsewhere.

If you read my replies, brought it for cheap upper cly cleaner. And, thanks to you I just learned about this thing called Google. Wow, so much internets and porn, Thanks! Without you I would've never know.

Thanks for the advice, I also got some Peak global coolant for 4.49.

I use it mostly in my OPE fuel. The few times I've used it in my cars' fuel there were positive seat dyno improvement, but MPG went down a bit.. Lately I have used it to thin out the 20W50 in the BMW come December. 7$ a gallon. You got a deal.

Not the deal of the century, but a good deal.
I find no need to use additives unless your engine actually needs an additive. If you have ticking lifters on a neglected engine, MMO just MIGHT do the truck.
Still, I can't believe that Donald's radar hasn't gone off and made a negative post about the stuff. Must've had the day off....

And that's only good if it actually does clean the "upper cylinder", and if your upper cylinder needs cleaning in the first place.

One of your replies implied you didn't even know if it was safe to use.

I don't see where you said you initially bought it as an upper cylinder cleaner (I'm on my phone, so I may have missed it.) It appears that you bought it first, with intentions to figure out what to do with it after the fact.

For the 5 cars in your sig?

Return them and buy 2 x Gumout All In One that treats 35 gallons each. That should be enough to treat all 5 of your vehicles for the same price.

$7 a gallon, I would have been a buyer too. You can probably return it to Walmart and make a hefty profit if you were inclined to do so. I'd find uses for it though.
