You can have a 0W20 with a 3.6HTHS.

I don't know of any way of boosting just the HTHS of a finished oil without also diluting the additive package.
 
I know what is going to happen already...
People are going to add 0W20 to 0W16
in an attempt to thicken their oil.

Consider a few things that we already
know, add a few assumptions and
educated guesses, what might happen
in service as the oil ages?
