Has SOPUS stopped the $20 Warranty Rebate?

I remember the last time I did the rebate, that you print the pdf form and mailed it in with a copy of your receipt. I don't see any PDF/rebate form like I did in the past but a section for "My Rewards" once you register a VIN that relates to a discount on gas via FRN, however both the Quaker State and Pennzoil sites are still advertising the rebates for enrolling.

Anyone done this recently or know if the program has changed?

Essentially, yes they have stopped the warranty rebate program.
