2015 Quail Photo Show... part 1

Each year the Quail Motorsports gathering calls for owners join in the
public showcase of vintage, classic, and modern motorcycles... 2015
was the year Marv and I decided to scratch this prestige event off our bucket
list... We participated with more than 400 entrants this year in the
judged competition...


My friend Charlie sent us his Pit Bull Trailer Restraint and it worked
great securing the bikes inside the tight quarters of a Chevy Astro
Van...

To assist loading the RC45 up the ramp backwards I rigged up a
ATV winch and powered it with a 18V cordless drill...

Our 2015 Quail Display in the performance / competition class...

Asphalt and Rubber shot our bikes...

I think they really liked Marv's ZX7R...

Mrs.Sato of Sato products...

We all know Mert Lawwill from On Any Sunday but Mert also designs
prosthetic hands and lower arms that allow disabled people to ride
motorcycles.

Gyronaut X1 designed by Alex Tremulis and piloted by Bob Leppan to a
record 245mph in 1966 the year I started riding a Honda S90...
