Found some stuff this week from oil can, to toys, to records, to a 3 head cassette deck.

Quaker state oil can full

Unknown Toy Truck made in Japan.. i think it is a Marx ?

1960's Siku German Citroen diecast toy car (very rare worth good money)

Cassettes - Paid 25 cents each for the sealed and $1 for the msytery walk

Really nice Sony TC-K71 3-head cassette deck - paid $5.. works perfect

Alot of records - paid 50 cents to 1 dollar for each - all mint

I paid $5 for the hot wheels redlines, blanks cassettes, Toy racecar and Hockey card.

I paid $20 for the 2 records from a local record show today.

Yeah, I was just thinking that they were all over California in 76-77.

I had a red Nash (one of those red see through flexible boards) with red urethane wheels when I was like 6 or 7 (this was around 1976-77). Man those were some GOOD TIMES!! I remember one day,I was skating down our street and suddenly saw a bunch of ball bearings rolling past me. One of the wheels suddenly locked up and the next thing I knew I was covered in road rash! I even had some of those adjustable roller skates that you fit your tennis shoes in,metal wheels and all haha!!

I was inspired by your thread... and decided to take my daughters (7 & 9) garage sale-ing last weekend. We had a shockingly good haul. Had to unload the car twice and head back out!

huge Barbie apartment house with elevator and hot tub $2. seller included Barbie accessories and dresses.

Infinity SL30 speakers $5/pair. Like new. Reminds me of college.

Samsung 50" DLP television (needs bulb) $10. I have 2 spare bulbs! WOO HOO Awesome TV for $10.

Samsung 56" DLP television $90. Works perfectly. Replaces my dead 56" Samsung.

Pillow pets $.50, Glow pets $.50, purses, jewelry, watches, journals, books, and misc for the girls - all well within their small allowance.
