Question about battery voltage

It's not quality. Any HID "kit" under $400 and without projectors is illegal, very low quality, and does nothing but blind other drivers. Get rid of it before it starts a car fire.

Blower motor on hi is about the biggest load outside the radiator fans.

im getting 13.0 with the car idling and hid 6000k lights on but when i turn them off it goes up to like 13.4-13.5 so its must be them [censored] lights sucking mad juice out...

well with this car the [censored] big fan behind the radiator is always running so thats probably what is sucking up juice right?

Is there a thermoswitch on the bottom of the radiator to control the fan?
It might be stuck on. I've seen it happen before.
The rad fan shoulldn't come on except for AC and when the coolant in the rad gets hot.
