help me date my oil filter

Got my oil filters in the mail today. 3 mobil1 filters for the impala. M1-206. If i remember right the m1 filters are gold and black.... the ones i got in the mail are silver and black. The code on the top says (021300h3) how old are they?

I'd suggest ARCO, since he's pretty picky about filters and is unlikely to home in on someone else's turf.
