Looks pretty #&^@#! clean from here too.
My oil at 5500km looks like dark mahogany reddish brown.
Do you have a home TBN test kit? You can get 'em on line.

It was fine, exept for the last 2 hours my back...
Stupid thing was i had the engine ripped apart changing the valve stem seals as they were all cracked and leaking from the previous owner. I even screwed up the cam timing and had to open it up again and adjust the timing chain. I will make another thread on that with some pictures.

I did Vancouver to Ontario in 5 days with a carb'd 1981 Olds Omega in 2001 and the oil looked nearly new at the end. I did add about 2L of makeup oil, but I was still impressed.
