Provided it has the engine and transmission, what do you think the car would be worth in that condition as it sits? I really like the car.

Very cool old car, and house. I grew up in the middle of ND. I used to love going through old abandoned farm houses. It was amazing what people left behind. Many treasures left to rot. You also never knew what you'd find living in the structures. Birds would often scare the "poop" out of me. Open a door to an old shed, and a bird would come flying out at you...fun times.
