Push mower not getting fuel

Ok so I got this far and it all looks clean

undo the fuel line (rubber line) and see if there's gas coming out or is it clogged?

No it wasn't, I took the plunge thing out and cleaned everything up, and put it back together. After a few tries the mower started right up!!! Thanks for the help you guys rock!!

hey sorry I was trying me best to find them when I had it all taken apart but I didn't see it.

Wait! Don't go anywhere yet! The numbers are on a piece of metal between the valve cover and the air cleaner! It says so in this link:
