I don't care if Wal-shart was half the price of Costco. I would still buy it from Costco. Screw Wal-shart.

The real question is, will the Costco bottle fit in the microwave?
I would want to do cold flow tests on them first before making a decision.

The one without any High Fructose Corn Syrup is the better deal, regardless of price.

I'd offer to mail you a quart of dark amber, but it would come out a bit ahead of Costco's price after including shipping. I can guarantee its source though.

I believe he's talking about US maple syrup from maple trees. I haven't seen this imported yet.

I'm just curious: how many people here have not had real maple syrup? I grew up in the Northeast surrounded by sugar maples, and even now many of my neighbors tap trees to make their own. I get mine (and produce/eggs) from a nice Mennonite family who lives nearby.
What's specified in your owner's manual for the waffles?

In New England we sneer at Canadian Maple Syrup, what you get in "mystery bulk", and, possibly, from Walmart.
A few years back BJs wholesale had a quite decent deal on syrup, $9/quart or close. I also bought some through Amazon from a New York farmer one year.
The IHOPs here have real syrup, though you have to request and pay extra for it. Comes in a 50ml bottle not unlike a booze shooter.
