I made the Mobil 1 rebate form into fillable PDF

I've taken the liberty of making the Mobil 1 mail in rebate form into a fillable PDF, but I can seem to upload it to either tinypic or photobucket.

If someone wants to PM me their e-mail address, I'll e-mail the form to you and maybe YOU can get it to upload for everyone's benefit!

Just use one of the many online pdf form fillable sites such as PDFescape. Just upload the form, fill it out, and save/print it. You can do it with any PDF file on your computer.

You're very welcome.

I didn't actually print the original and look at it, but in my experience when dealing with rebate forms, the "fields" they expect you to print into while keeping your handwriting legible are usually microscopic and nearly impossible to keep tidy!
