Anybody buy scratch off Lotto tickets ?

Well, I dont play the lottery at all, but one weekend about a month ago; I looked out my living room window and in the ditch was what looked like a scratch off ticket. Went out and it was scratched; took it to the local dairy that sells local farm family milk and eggs. I won $200. That is the only lotto ticket I ever found.
