Like I always say, follow the FSM.

Having said that most quality cars of that vintage will do that if the owner keeps up on them. Their are a few Mercedes rolling around deep into the seven figures as well.

Mercedes has mileage badges you can get for free, they give you a nice certificate with them.

I'd bet you anything no E63 or SLK 55 gets anywhere close to 1/10th that number of miles. Probably not even many garden variety E350s get to 300k, let alone 3M.
 
My 1991 500SL has 55K miles. I would hit 3 million in about 4515. I don't expect I'll live 2500 more years though.
