QUOTE
Transmission Stiction Eliminator is a low viscosity ester which has been shown to dissolve additives that have deposited on the metal surfaces in the valve body. This feature helps your transmission fluid to last longer and perform better by keeping the additives in solution.

Wait.... Don't we WANT additives layed down on surfaces?

Stiction is usually more of an issue with the torque-converter clutch than with the valve body. It's what produces the infamous shudder.

Many people have found that Dr. Tranny works well, as does a bottle of Ford XL-3 differential additive in reducing or eliminating shudder. Both are a lot less money.

Their HQ is like a 20 minute bike ride from my house. If you have any questions they don't answer, let me know. I pass it all the time. Maybe I'll stop in.

1.6 ounce per quart treatment rate....

If you have shudder, change the ATF.

Don't use LSD additive in an automatic.

Another competitor to Lubegard, Smartblend.... is ok.
