Any idea what engine I found on the beach? A Marvel Mystery Oil soak may clean that little oxidation right off!

Looks like alittle to much rust for MMO.. Best bust out the Berryman b12
I can barely make out six rocker arm lumps (or similarly repeating patterns) on top and the con rods on the bottom. Also six spigots on the exhaust manifold. So, inline six motor.
