I really don't get why some people think that just because a particular finished motor oil doesn't have a specific additive they like that it is then somehow deficient and needs "fortifying" with that additive.
It meets the specs that it meets, right? Just because it doesn't have quad-nuclear bonbon balls doesn't mean it needs them, nor does it mean adding them would be a great idea. Maybe if we are talking Bullseye, but this isn't that.
