That looks ready to be fried with eggs. Add beans and a few tortillas and it's good to go. Soyrizo has nothing on Balut.

Meh, I have lots of Filipino friends. They snack on balut all the time. As long as it's not on my plate I don't care. Anyway, a fetus doesn't gross me out at all.

Surströmming puts lutefisk to shame when it comes to smell, and it looks bad too.
I eat beef chorizo a lot. It's great.
