After somewhat careful thought, I'm going to change oil next weekend with GTX 5W30 dino or 5W30 GTX High Mileage. I have 96,000 miles on my 2001 Sport Trac so I'm going to flip a coin and see which one it will be. I'll keep you guys informed as to which one I chose!

GTX HM will do just fine, some on here used to bash Castrol products. Not so much anymore.

This time of year my pick would be GTX 10W30 instead
of either of the 5W30s. But that's just me.

Go with the High Mileage version of GTX. Your engine and seals are 15 years old.

GTX High Mileage is a good oil and for whatever reason tends to run quietly in about anything I've ever put it in. I am going to put our "new to us" Concorde on a steady diet of Castrol HM myself.
